Hello friends,
I just wanted you to know that we are installing a 1.35 kW PV system at the Mayhews (and that we could install for you). The cost of the installed system, after state and federal incentives, is at a price that is slightly below parity with the displaced “local green” grid power. So based on a 10-yr home equity loan payment, my cost for avoiding >70% (S.F.) of my typical monthly electric expense will be less than the cost of the avoided costs of grid-supplied electricity. So if you look at it the right way, As soon as the system is installed, I’m effectively locking in more than 70% of my electric costs for the next 10 years at a lower cost than I’ve been paying for it and I’m getting a free solar electric system with six 225 W PV modules that should continue to operate for ~40 years and the modules are warranteed for 25 years.
I’ll put up some pictures of the installation, as it unfolds.
You too could take advantage of the great state and federal RE incentives, and low interest rates. Can I take your order?

Good luck getting people behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here? What do you want us to think? It seems like you cant really get behind a unique thought. Anyway, thats just my opinion.
A: What I’m trying to say is that you get a great return on your investment in solar, in addition to the savings from your reduced energy expenses. So If you save $80-/month in electricity while you own the property and then get ~125-150% return on your investment in your property value if & when you sell your property. You may see a similar property value increase from a new porch or granite counter, but these capital projects are not going to reduce your monthly expenses nor increase your potential to access to heaven.
